Gather AI, Marketing Leader (2025–present)
Owns Gather AI's marketing function: demand, brand, comms, messaging, product marketing, and GTM Engineering. Reports to CEO Sankalp Arora. Rebuilt the demand funnel end to end. SQL volume is up 4.8x, SAL volume 7.2x, in two quarters. MQL-to-SQL conversion climbed from 2.5% to 11.8% across five straight quarters, and marketing now sources 71% of net-new pipeline. Led the brand architecture launch and a full site redesign, and built the PR engine behind six industry recognitions in twelve months.

FlowX.AI, VP Marketing (2023–2024)
Ran global marketing for an AI-powered application modernization platform, reporting directly to the CEO. Repositioned brand and product messaging around banking and financial services. Built the company's first product launch framework and stood up demand-gen infrastructure from scratch. Launched a new corporate site that improved lead conversion through a clearer messaging hierarchy, and left behind the MarTech stack the company still runs on.

Dataiku, VP Marketing, North America & LATAM (2018–2023)
Owned full-stack regional marketing across the Americas: field, partner, ABM, demand gen, comms, and brand. Grew the team from 2 to 20+ while regional ARR grew roughly 10x. Integrated programs generated more than half of regional pipeline, and net-new leads grew 150% year over year. Partner marketing built with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake contributed another 30%. Directed the flagship customer event, Everyday AI, alongside executive roundtables and region-wide roadshows.

Percolate, Marketing Director (2017–2018)
Led global field marketing, demand generation, and campaign strategy across North America and EMEA with a 10-person team. Increased field marketing's contribution to pipeline by 45% through data-driven planning. Directed the customer conference and the company's presence at Marketo Summit and Dreamforce, and built a measurement framework connecting marketing touchpoints to pipeline value.

StartingDot (.ski), SVP Sales & Marketing (2014–2017)
Directed global sales and marketing for a new domain registry brand from launch. Grew to 30K+ registrants across 100+ countries at an 85% renewal rate, supported by a network of 60+ registrar partners. The .ski launch was credited as the biggest recorded launch of any sports-vertical TLD. The company exited via acquisition.

Led product marketing, demand generation, field events, brand, and communications for a high-growth SaaS platform. Grew marketing-sourced revenue to 35% of total and influenced pipeline by 90%. Scaled the C3 Conference to 1,000+ annual attendees and built the brand and PR strategy that established Conductor as an SEO category leader.
