I'm the Manager for the Leadership Center for Clients (LCC) and the Deloitte Greenhouse. I work with the Delivery Transformation team on defining the next gen, edgy signature experience with a new Manifesto and bringing it to life emotionally, mentally, and physically. Additionally, I focus on exploring how we can reach new heights of creativity and immersion with new methods/exercises and refinement of our experience process and tools.
I've been with Deloitte since 2006. Prior to Delivery Transformation role with the LCC, I served in two other roles, including Lab Manager for the New York Greenhouse and Leadership Development Senior Consultant for Partner Matters. Before joining Deloitte, I worked in London as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Health and Care Professions Council.
I hold a BS Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Vermont. Currently I reside in beautiful New York City and enjoy skiing, running, and traveling the globe.
